SOL - Skilled Occupations List (Formerly Known as Form 1121i)

This information page can be used by potential applicants seeking to nominate skilled occupations which are acceptable for permanent and temporary skilled migration to Australia under two separate programs:

  • General Skilled Migration
  • Employer Nominated Scheme.

 
General Skilled Migration Skilled Occupation List (SOL)

Applicants must have a nominated occupation which is on the SOL applicable to their circumstances at the time they apply:

Employer Nomination Scheme Occupation List (ENSOL)

If applicants are applying under the Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS), they must have been nominated by an Australian employer to fill a position in an occupation that appears in the ENSOL.

Note: Applicants must obtain this skill assessment before they lodge their visa application and they must provide it to the department at the time they lodge their visa application.

Assessing Authorities for Skilled Occupations

Applicants must contact a relevant assessing authority directly to obtain a skills assessment. The assessing authority will provide all necessary applications forms and associated information relating to the assessment. There will be a charge for the assessment.
